Yellow Storm Promo Mechanics

• The promo is open to customers who made a purchase of any of the participating Stanley and/or Dewalt Products from November 14 to December 31, 2022.
• For every purchase of a minimum of Php3000 worth of Stanley and/or Dewalt Products entitles the customer to 1 raffle stub/coupon with unique codes.
• Participating products can be purchased in any of the Ace Hardware, Robinsons Handyman, True Value, All Home, Wilcon and other Authorized Dealer/Reseller of Stanley Power Tools nationwide.
• All employees of Stanley Black and Decker, may include others i.e. ad agency, merchants, etc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
• Upon purchase, customer must visit www.sbdraffle.com.ph and provide the following details:

  6. Mobile Number

  8. Receipt/Invoice No.
  9. Raffle Coupon Code (from the raffle stub/coupon issued by the store)

  12. Participants must agree to provide consent for Stanley Black and Decker Inc.’s collection, usage and disclosure of their personal data. Stanley Black and Decker, Inc. will ensure that all laws in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012”.
• Deadline of submission of entries is December 31, 2022, 11:59 PM.
• Determination of winners will be drawn on January 13, 2023, 5pm via Zoom under the supervision of a DTI representative.
• There will be 1 raffle draw. 2 winners will win a brand new 2022 Mitsubishi L300 FB Body with Dual AC MT inclusive of 3 year LTO registration worth Php1, 000, 000.
• A participant can only win once.
• Winners shall be notified through registered mail and phone by Stanley Black and Decker, Inc.
• Announcement of winners will be via Facebook post on January 20, 2023.
• Winners shall pay the 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php10, 000.
• Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
• The prize shall be claimed within 60 days from the receipt of notification. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Stanley Black and Decker, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
• Before claiming the prize, the winners will be asked to submit at least 1 valid ID (government- or company-issued), original receipt uploaded, and the notification letter via email at concepts360im.promos@gmail.com for validation.
• Once validated, winners will be given a certificate by Stanley Black and Decker as a proof that they win the raffle promo and will be sent to their registered mail. Stanley Black and Decker will contact closely to coordinate to the winners to assist them on how to claim the prize.
• The prize will be delivered to the address of the winner. Logistics/shipment fee will be shouldered by the winner/s.
• Winners must bring their 2 valid IDs (government- or company-issued), original receipt uploaded, and the notification letter in claiming the prize. If an authorized representative will claim the prize, a Letter of Authorization duly signed by the winner is required together with 2 original valid IDs of the winner, original receipt uploaded, notification letter, original receipt uploaded and the authorized representative’s 2 Valid IDs.
